At Piper & Scoot, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a digital gift card for store credit or exchange the item for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your unwashed and unworn items with tags attached, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process and Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
